ABOUT KIM KINER
BIOGRAPHY
As a graduate of Fine Art from Pratt Institute my passion for creating fine art photography evolved working as an assistant for a fashion photographer in NYC. I went on to build an extensive career in product design and development traveling the world collaborating with manufacturing and textile mills. This experience refined my sensitivity to materials, craftsmanship and design, and inspired my desire to develop products that create beauty in a home.
Throughout it all, photography, a fascination with alternative processes and materials, and love of horses remained constant. Drawn to the sculptural presence and quiet strength of these majestic beings, I explore the innate beauty and deep relationships their souls offer to many through a fine art lens.
With each photograph my goal is to create beautiful and meaningful fine art that resonates beyond the image itself. Bringing a refined beauty to interior spaces that offers positivity and a sense of peace, harmony and happiness that enlightens everyday life.
